Return Policy
I will gladly repair items that arrived in the mail damaged. Please notify me within 48 hours and we can discuss the process further. The piece must not be worn and returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

I encourage you to be sure about your orders, especially if they are gifts.
Exchanges are a difficult process and will be assessed case-by-case.
Unfortunately there are refunds on any order.
Shipping
GENERAL:
For made to order items please allow 4-6 weeks production time.
For ready-to-ship items, I aim to ship weekly however getting your pieces to you is important so orders will likely ship sooner.

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
I ship through Canada Post and cannot guarantee shipping times. I do provide tracking information for shipping services that offer it (international customers please be aware that certain shipping options do not allow for tracking).

LOCAL PICK UP:
Yes I offer a local pickup option! You will be contacted by me via email for pick-up details. (please check your junk mail too)
This is based on region, so if you are currently outside the Vancouver Island North region,
I don’t think this is available to be selected during checkout.
If you know you are traveling to my area Port McNeill and wish to pick up your order please
reach out prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:
Unfortunately at this time I have suspended all shipping to the United States.
This is due to the tariffs and the uncertainty around receiving parcels. As soon as I hear of the situation changing for the better, I will once again be able to ship to the US.

INTERNATIONAL (besides the United States):
This is case-by-case at the moment.
Some countries are prohibitive for shipping but a lot I can absolutely ship to.
Please reach out directly through email and ask and I will gladly look up the shipping for you and add it as an option if it is possible.

Custom Orders
There are a limited number of spots open for custom orders, generally I work on custom ordering during the slower winter months (Feb-May).
