FAQ's

Return Policy

I will gladly repair items that arrived in the mail damaged. Please notify me within 48 hours and we can discuss the process further.  The piece must not be worn and returned in the original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued once an order has been placed.

 

No refunds on custom orders. 

Shipping

For made to order items please allow 4-6 weeks production time. 

For ready-to-ship items, I aim to ship weekly however getting your pieces to you is important so orders will likely ship sooner.

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

 

I ship through Canada Post and cannot guarantee shipping times.  I do provide tracking information for shipping services that offer it (international customers please be aware that certain shipping options do not allow for tracking). 

Custom Orders

There are a limited number of spots open for custom orders, please feel free to reach out via email if you are interested and we can discuss my custom order process.
